Payments Distributed Internationally

In the world of freelance recruitment, transparency in commission and payout processes is extremely valuable, particularly when your clients and work may lie in multiple countries. Splitle is a platform that connects recruiters with jobs and allows commission-generated placements for said jobs. Below is a brief outline for how this payment is distributed across the globe (or any country) to the recruiter base. Before you get paid, however, it’s necessary to know how the commission is figured out.

Understanding How the Commission Works on Splitle

Before you receive a payment, it’s important to understand how the commission is calculated.

How Recruiters Earn on Splitle?

  • Recruiters refer candidates for the jobs that are open on Splitle.

  • When the preferred candidate is placed, the client pays Splitle for a placement fee.

  • A percentage of that placement fee is divided among the recruiters as commission.

Commission Percentage Based on Submission Timing

Splitle rewards early submissions with higher commission rates:

Submission Timeline

Recruiter Commission Share

0-3 days

60%

4-7 days

55%

8-12 days

50%

13-20 days

45%

20+ days

40%

Some niche roles may offer up to 65% commission based on demand and priority. Clients can also earn an extra commission of 5% by adding Splitle to their LinkedIn profile.

Payment Timelines and Conditions

Splitle does not pay out instantly upon placing. There are essential steps that must be taken before the recruiter is paid for their commissions.

1. Warranty Period

  • Upon placing the candidate, there is a warranty period of 60 days.

  • Some clients may extend this warranty period to a maximum of 120 days, according to the terms of the contract.

2. Client Payment

The client must pay Splitle for the placement before payouts can be initiated.

3. Recruiter Payout

Splitle puts out the commission within 10 days after the company is paid. This guarantees that the recruiter is only paid when all conditions of the contract are met.

4. Commission Ratio

As a freelance recruiter, you can earn over 50% commissions at Splitle. You can receive up to 65% of the commissions for specific, specialized roles. The roles and time sensitivity determine the commissions. Every detail is available on the job board.

Important: Payments are not made during the warranty period.

How Splitle Handles International Payments?

Since Splitle works with a global network of recruiters, it supports international bank transfers for payouts.

International Bank Details Required

When setting up your profile, you’ll need to provide:

  • Account holder name

  • Bank name and account number

  • SWIFT code (mandatory for international transfers)

  • Local banking codes (e.g., IFSC in India, IBAN in Europe)

This ensures your commission can be transferred securely, no matter where you’re located.

What To Expect with Cross-Border Payments?

Currency Conversion: If your client is paying US dollars and your bank is in a jurisdiction where another currency is in use, the dollars will be converted into that currency at the bank's prevailing rate of the day.

Bank Charges: The bank may charge transaction charges.

Transfer Time: International payments normally take from 1 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Tips For International Recruiters

To ensure smooth and timely payouts on Splitle:

  • Double-check your banking and SWIFT details during onboarding.

  • Track warranty periods to estimate payout timelines accurately.

  • Be aware of conversion rates and transaction charges.

  • Submit early to maximize your commission share.

  • Contact Splitle support for region-specific payout questions.

Whether you're in the United States, India, or anywhere else, Splitle makes sure your earnings arrive safely and on time after the client payment and warranty period are over.
